What I've worked on
Most of my technical experience started with curiosity: take a closer look, test what could be wrong, and keep going until the problem makes sense.

DIAGNOSE / REPAIR
Everyday repairs
Cleaned and maintained desktop PCs, disassembled laptops, and diagnosed device problems including an Xbox with a bad HDMI connection.
LABS / SYSTEMS
Learning by doing
Worked in Windows and Kali Linux, built virtual machines in VirtualBox, and completed hands-on Hack The Box exercises.
WORKPLACE EQUIPMENT
Problems during a shift can't wait.
Checked POS terminals and label printers when they stopped working. I also took apart and diagnosed other equipment, including soda machines and swamp coolers, before repairing the issue or explaining what needed attention.

Helped manage daily kitchen work, organized the team during busy shifts, solved customer and workplace problems, and trained new employees. Trained more than 10 people across both restaurant jobs.
